• Information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, property address, city/ZIP, project type, budget range, timeline, whether you own the home, whether HOA approval is needed, financing interest, and project description.
• Usage information: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and whether a form was submitted or a phone link was tapped). Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies.
• Calls: if you call our number, we may record basic call details such as the time, duration, and caller number to route and track inquiries.

How we use and share your information

We use your information to respond to your request and to connect you with contractors. When you submit a request, you agree that we will share your information with one or more participating independent licensed contractors serving your area so they can contact you by phone, text, or email about your project. Those contractors are independent businesses, and their use of your information is governed by their own policies. If you indicate interest in financing, contractors may tell you about financing options they offer or work with; we do not provide financing.

We also use service providers to operate the site, including a form-processing service (FormSubmit) that delivers form submissions to us by email, and Google Analytics. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

• You can choose not to submit the form and call instead.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete the information you submitted by contacting us using the phone number on this site. Contact a contractor directly to stop their communications.
• You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.

Data retention and security

We keep lead information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the referral service and for our records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
